PGP3.0/Viacrypt

At the time Dual-Use was written the PGP software was owned and marketed by a company called Viacrypt. The product was also called Viacrypt. However since then PGP Inc. was founded and bought up Viacrypt. Accordingly whereas Dual-Use was originally "Viacrypt to PGP key conversion", it now converts PGP (version 3 and later) RSA keys (and only RSA keys) to a form usable by early PGP2.x versions.
